Attorney Marisa K. Roman


Ms. Roman graduated from the University of Virginia in 2009. She received her law degree from Boston University School of Law in 2015. While at BU Law, Ms. Roman was the Managing Editor of the Review of Banking & Financial Law and competed in two moot court competitions. In addition, Ms. Roman interned with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts and with the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General.

Ms. Roman joined Davids & Cohen, P.C. in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Roman practiced civil litigation at a mid-size firm in Boston. Ms. Roman is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Rhode Island, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, Rhode Island Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association.

Ms. Roman dedicates over 100 hours of community services hour each year through her volunteer position with the Junior League of Boston. She is currently serving in a managerial position for the League where she focuses on developing new community service initiatives for the League in the greater Boston area. Ms. Roman is also a member of the Society of Fellows through the Boston Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Boston Bar Association.
